HR Officer for Military Programs

Job Description

•Assist Director of the Military & HR dep. Manager in Manpower planning
•Take the initiative of designing a complete recruitment plan ahead of the Academic Year starts
•In consultation with Director of the Military & HR dep. Manager , assessing the work force needs by providing required support
•Responsible for arranging interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions.
•In consultation with Director of the Military & HR dep. Manager, developing recruitment policies & procedures to achieve required staffing levels for the Military and being responsible to implement these strategies.
•Provide information on University operations and job opportunities to potential applicants
•Provide initial screening of candidates to Director of the Military programs containing relevant information such as work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
•Efficiently manage the online recruitment system, Also to drive best desired outcomes in terms of recruitment lifecycle.
Career development planning
•Set and follow up the employees folders, probation periods and appraisals
•Follow up with administrative issues related to HR policies & Procedures and promotions
•Assist and support Faculty members and staff of the Military Programs with required administrative & HR documents
•Ensure and keep up to date annual leaves records for Faculty and staff of the military programs.

Education

Bachelors in HR Management or any related discipline
