Job Description
Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology, Minimum 3 years' Experience after registration from home country
The incumbent will be responsible to perform variety of laboratory tests and procedures on blood and other body fluid by using instruments such as microscopes, chemicals, computers and complex laboratory equipment that will assist Medical Professionals detect, diagnose, monitor, and treat diseases.
The incumbent may also conduct medical research and analyses. 1. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests
2. Examine samples and specimens to determine the morphology and presence of microorganisms
3. Perform tests and examinations of blood cell counts for detection of diseased or abnormal cells
4. Perform phlebotomy as required.
5. Operates and maintains sophisticated instruments and equipment used in the LAB is able to properly set up, calibrate, maintain, operate and shut down such instruments.
