Job Description
• Must have minimum 5 to 7 years UAE experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai & Northern Emirates for products such as power tools, welding machinery, safety equipment, hardware & oilfield materials.
• Lead a team of Sales Executives by setting examples on how to properly plan, prospect, initiate, manage and close sales opportunities.
• Preferential positioning of the company offerings with market insight, proper planning and diligent execution of sales activities.
• Day-to-day management of, and responsibility for, the full sales cycle and account management tasks, from prospecting all the way to client retention.
• Participate in developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, budgeting and performance assessment.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
