Job Description
Bachelor of Pharmacy, Minimum 3 years' Experience after registration from home country
The incumbent will contribute to the organization by supplying safe medications to patients by reviewing and interpreting physician orders, by verifying therapeutic appropriateness in regards to all drug related problems including but not limited to drug-drug –interactions –dosing- medication errors and provide patients instructions on the proper use and storage of medication.
1. Dispense and supply prescribed medications, drugs, do clinical screening and Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies and pharmaceutical advising interventions
2. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health care specialist to determine effective treatment-plan for specific conditions.
