Fantastic Opportunity arisen withing a leading procurement services company, looking for a Office Administrator / Manager with english as their native language to take on multiple roles within their offices in Dubai. You will be required to wear multiple hats within this growing company and adjust as they continue to go from strength to strength. Duties will range from basic secretarial work to credit control, business administration and occasional work with their sister company who are also based in Dubai. As the company grows and the workforce expands, you will have the choice of the area you will want to specialise in. As far as career progression goes, this presents a great opportunity with a company that stems from the UK.

Desired Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a native english speaker and will already be living in the UAE. You will have general office skills, have an excellent telephone manner and will be well briefed in the inner workings of hospitality and / or the office environment. This role requires a confident person to be able to be forceful but polite when dealing with customers and diplomacy when dealing with other office / HR issues.
